Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and review office operations to ensure efficient and compliant business processes
  • Establish office service standards, priorities and procedures
  • Allocate and manage staff, workspace and office equipment
  • Assign duties to staff and monitor performance to support productivity and efficiency
  • Maintain and oversee office records and basic financial/accounts administration
  • Liaise with external professionals and service providers to coordinate office matters and resolve issues
  • Ensure office equipment, systems and supplies are properly maintained
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
  • Ensure all office activities comply with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate teams of different nationalities and cultures, mainly Latin.
  • Coordinate HR-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, performance reviews and payroll support

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to supervise staff and manage resources effectively
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety obligations and regulatory compliance
  • Having advanced or higher level Spanish is mandatory.
  • Experience leading multicultural teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
