Online Sales Executive

We are seeking an eager Online Sales Executive to join our expanding team at our head office in Cork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy person to join the great team in our Online Sales Department: Winner of Retail Excellence Ireland's - Medium Online Retailer of the Year Award 2022 and Large Online Retailer of the Year Award 2023 and 2024.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Process online orders
• Ensure order follow up, by managing deliveries and collections for online orders
• Assist customers with the returns process and follow up on returned orders
• Manage and resolve customer queries, via phone and email
• Respond to and resolve queries from online chat portal
• Carrying out other necessary ad-hoc administration duties

The role requires:

• Strong computer skills: an advanced knowledge of Office products essential
• Professional oral and written communication skills
