Onsite Support Technician

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

  • Windows : 1 year (Required)
  • macOS: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools : 1 year (Required)
  • networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) : 1 year (Required)
