Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
