Onsite Virtual Dental Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with a background in customer service who are passionate about healthcare and virtual support.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients virtually and gather required information
• Provide reassurance and answer patient questions and concerns
• Handle phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with doctors, patients, and clinic staff
• Organize patient records and submit reports as needed
• Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by the client

• College degree or relevant experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written
• Friendly, professional, and patient-centered attitude
• Team player with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers
• Background in healthcare or a medical-related field is a plus, but not required

Training Program:
All successful candidates will undergo a 1-month paid training that includes:

• Introduction to dental procedures and terminology
• Communication and soft skills enhancement
• Training on clinic-specific software and systems

Training Compensation:

• PHP 10,000 training allowance for the first month

Shift Schedule:

• Training Schedule: 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time (6 hours with 1-hour break)
• Post-Training Schedule: 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break (specific time to be discussed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
