Onsite | Virtual Dental Assistant (Angeles City, Pampanga)

We’re looking for a dependable and professional Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide essential remote support to a dental practice, help deliver excellent patient experiences, and ensure full compliance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients through virtual platforms and accurately gather required personal and medical information
• Respond to patient questions with clarity, professionalism, and reassurance
• Manage inbound calls and schedule appointments efficiently
• Coordinate closely with dentists, patients, and clinic staff to support daily operations
• Maintain organized patient records and assist with basic documentation and reports
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• College graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Patient-focused, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Able to work well in a team, learn quickly, and think critically
• Comfortable using computers and various digital tools
• Experience in dental or medical support is a plus, but not required

Training Program

• One (1) month paid training
• Covers dental terminology, patient communication, and clinic systems
