Operation Intern

• Supports the day-to-day functions that keep investment activities running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is vital for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the trade lifecycle, investor services, and internal reporting.
• Assist in confirming, booking, and reconciling trades (equities, bonds, derivatives, etc.).
• Help ensure timely and accurate settlement with custodians and counterparties.
• Match internal records with external data (e.g., custodians, brokers, fund administrators).
• Investigate and resolve breaks in cash, positions, or transactions.
• Assist with Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and validations.
• Help gather data for fund valuation (e.g., pricing, corporate actions, fees).
• Maintain accurate records of fund data, pricing, and positions.
• Prepare internal reports on fund performance, P&L, or client reporting packages.
• Help process subscriptions, redemptions, and investor communications.
• Support investor onboarding and documentation (e.g., KYC checks in partnership with compliance).
• Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or simplification ideas.
• Assist in testing new systems or workflows (e.g., new fund launches, system upgrades).

Pay: $900.00 - $1,000.00 per month
