Operation / Project Coordinator
  • Liaise with customers about Operators scheduling and duties
  • Securing and checking logsheet every cut-off for billing
  • Site visit and inspection weekly
  • Plan and schedule manlift operators based on project requirements and timelines
  • Assign operators to sites ensuring correct equipment competency
  • Manage Operator attendance, shift schedule and overtime
  • Ensure all operators hold certificates for operating manlifts
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of Operator certifications, medicals, and ID's
  • Ensure operators follow company policies and site safety rules
  • Coordinate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and inductions
  • Monitor Operator Performance and Address Client feedback or incidents
  • Prepare ad verify operator timesheets and attendance records
  • Maintain records of Operator deployment and project assignments

Qualification

  • At least High School graduate (Vocational or College level is an advantage)
  • 1 year of experience in Project Coordinator is an advantage
  • Knowledge of manlifts / MEWPs is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to lifting equipment and work at heaight
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Valid Driver License 1 & 2 (preffered)
  • Willingness to visit project sites as required
  • Willing to work overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
