We’re seeking an experienced Gynaecology Theatre Team Leader to join a leading private healthcare provider in the Wellington region. This is a chance to bring your international experience to a country known for its lifestyle, safety, and welcoming healthcare culture.

About the Role
As the Gynaecology Theatre Team Leader, you will:
- Lead a specialised theatre team delivering high-quality gynaecology surgery
- Support and grow the robotic-assisted surgery programme
- Work closely with senior perioperative leaders to drive best practice
- Bring your expertise to strategic discussions that shape private surgical services
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, safety and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
To succeed, you’ll need:
- 5+ years’ post-graduate surgical theatre experience
- Strong background in gynaecology surgery
- Experience working with robotic surgical systems (da Vinci preferred but not essential)
- Previous leadership in a Theatre Team Leader or Senior RN role
- Eligibility for registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
Ideal for experienced theatre leaders from UAE, UK, Ireland, Australia
