We currently have an exciting new opening for a Operations Analyst Intern who will join our highly successful and growing team."

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and cultivate relationships

• Identify trends and opportunities to develop strategies and implement data driven solutions to improve tools, systems and processes

• Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion

• Communicate the potential impact of project, process or policy changes to internal stakeholders

• Analyze relevant data and effectively summarize insights

• Work with Portfolio Managers to verifiably improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, generating a positive return on investment for the business

• Work with our software development teams to establish meaningful metrics and KPIs to monitor the quality and efficiency of our engineering execution

Qualifications

Education level required : Leaving Certificate

Years and area of experience required: N/A

Technical knowledge

• Experience working with stakeholders across remote locations

• Project Management qualification or interest in obtaining one

• Problem Management experience

• Proficient on Microsoft Excel

Soft skills

• Experience meeting objectives without supervision

• Experience in a customer service or consumer-oriented environment

• Experience developing strategic solutions

• User empathy and an ability to execute independently

• Experience adapting to changing circumstances

• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
