About the Role

Martin Law Firm and Ailrys are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to assist with a mix of startup support, general office operations, reporting, and data analysis related to case work. This internship is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning how a law firm operates while also gaining exposure to a growing startup environment.

The Summer Intern will support both Martin Law Firm and Ailrys by helping with administrative projects, organizing information, preparing reports, and assisting with basic analysis of case-related data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general office work, including filing, organizing documents, scanning, copying, and maintaining records.
• Support Ailrys-related projects and startup operations as assigned.
• Prepare, update, and organize reports related to case work and business operations.
• Assist with data entry, cleanup, and basic analysis of case-related information.
• Help track and summarize information for internal review.
• Support attorneys, staff, and Ailrys team members with administrative and project-based tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive firm, client, case, and business information.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current high school, college, or graduate student preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and basic data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL
• Experience with database management is helpful.
• Interest in law, business, technology, startups, data analysis, or operations.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
• Comfortable managing multiple assignments in a professional office environment.

Internship Duration

This is a summer internship position ending August 26, 2026.

30 hours per week.
