Osp Project Manager

The OSP Coordinator is responsible for the early-stage preparation of network reception and operation so as to ensure successful network handover and smooth transition to the operation phase. The details are as follows:

• Strictly adhere to the fundamental principle of "delivery according to contract and budget execution based on contract" to ensure that the project carries out all delivery activities based on the contract and the granted budget.
• In accordance with the company's project manager authorization management regulations, promptly apply for project manager authorization and exercise management rights over the project team's personnel, finances, and materials within the authorized scope.
• Based on the approved project budget and delivery plan, timely purchase and release resources according to the company's resource trading mechanism.
• Ensure quality management resources and guarantee the implementation of the project quality management 4 stages and 16 steps within the project team.
• As the primary responsible person for network security management within the project team, organize the formulation and release of the project team's network security management system, and conduct network security training for the project team. Organize the management of project personnel (including subcontractors) to ensure the implementation of network security systems during project delivery, ensure compliance with network security-related processes and systems during project delivery, eliminate network security risks, and ensure no major network security issues throughout the project delivery process. Support network security audits.
• Assume the responsibility for internal control management within the project team, be responsible for the construction of internal controls within the project team, prevent corruption, strictly implement and execute all internal control work requirements, and be accountable for the final results of internal control execution.
• Regularly organize project meetings, monitor and guide project operations, make decisions on major project issues and key points, and coordinate and promote relevant business departments to promptly resolve project requests and issues.
• Based on the results of project business improvement, promptly organize the project core management team to formulate and implement a sharing plan according to the company's project delivery incentive mechanism.

Experience

• At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry
• Be familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors. Candidates with Wireless Operator experience in managerial level are preferred.
• At least 3 years large department management experience with good track records.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC Operation, Field Operation, Network Performance Management, OSP/FTTX management, OSS/IT, eTom/ITIL, TL9000, PMP etc.

Education

• 4 years Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.

Salary: The final offer will be based on the applicant’s current or previous salary. Rest assured, it will be higher than their existing/last pay.
