Outbound Sales Representative

ABOUT US: BIK Hydraulics Ltd specializes in the sales of truck mounted flat decks, hook lifts, cranes and forklifts. Our 40,000 sq/ft state of the art & modern facility is located at Hwy 427 and Finch Ave (west end of Toronto, ON)

Job Purpose:

This position performs outbound calls to potential and current customers to qualify them as sales leads for our sales team. This position requires working closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and effective quality of sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
• Serve as BIK's professional representative when dealing with customer communications.
• Document each call as per company procedures.
• Maintain a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
• sales: 2 years (preferred)
