Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medical Sales Representative to expand our physician network throughout the Houston market.
This is an outside sales role focused on developing relationships with:
- Family Practice
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- ENT
- Multi-Provider Independent Groups
The ideal candidate already has established relationships with physicians and office decision-makers and understands how to navigate private practice environments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage physician relationships throughout the Houston area
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with providers and office administrators
- Present Bird Dog Pharma’s in-office allergy and laboratory solutions
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new clinic partners
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with accounts
- Collaborate with internal operations and clinical support teams
Qualifications
- Previous medical sales experience* (required)
- Existing physician relationships* (required)
- Experience selling laboratory, diagnostic, allergy, or ancillary services is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Base salary + highly competitive commission structure
- Significant earning potential for high performers
Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
