Sales Representative – Construction & Commercial Accounts

Location: Corpus Christi, TX and Surrounding Areas
Pay: Base + Commission (based on performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow new business and manage customer relationships in the residential and commercial market. This role focuses on generating leads, closing new accounts, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers (construction sites, contractors, commercial projects)
• Visit job sites and meet with decision makers
• Prepare quotes and close new business
• Follow up on leads and existing customers
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service
• Track activity in CRM or sales system

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (construction or service industry a plus)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working in the field and on the phone
