Duties

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
• Develop customized solutions based on client needs by collaborating with internal teams and leveraging technical product knowledge
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively
• Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and networking
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
• Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to build trust and close deals confidently
• Ability to deliver engaging product demos and presentations that highlight technical features and benefits
