J316 Empowered Construction is expanding — and we’re looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative who wants more than just a job.

We specialize in framing, siding, and roofing, serving builders and homeowners throughout Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, strong execution, and reliable partnerships. Now we’re growing our market share and looking for the right person to help drive that growth.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We’re looking for someone who knows how to hunt, estimate, and close.

The Opportunity

You will be the face of J316 in the field. This role is built for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into signed contracts.

You’ll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline while working directly with ownership to expand our reach in the region. There is no cap on income. The more you produce, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with builders, general contractors, and homeowners
• Actively generate new opportunities in framing, siding, and roofing
• Visit job sites and walk projects in person
• Review project scopes and prepare accurate estimates
• Present proposals professionally and close contracts
• Develop repeat and referral business
• Help grow and strengthen J316’s presence in the market

Who We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Strong in face-to-face sales and relationship building
• Comfortable prospecting and creating your own opportunities
• Experienced in construction sales, estimating, or related trades preferred
• Knowledge of framing, siding, or roofing is a strong plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in closing
