Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve support processes.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving customer satisfaction.
• Travel internationally for team meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in the USA timezone.
• Strong commitment to a dedicated work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for team meetings.
• Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
