We are currently recruiting for a Painter's Assistant to work full time for the next 6 months on a fixed-term contract, with the hopes of it leading into a permanent contract with Farrelly & Co. This position

Required:

• Your own transport (tools provided)
• A valid visa (for non-EU applicants) - student visas are not suitable as this is a full time position.
• A good understanding of English.
• Ability and confidence to work by yourself and as part of a team.
• Good presentation, eye for detail / pride in your work and communication skills are essential along with the ability to deal with clients directly.

What you’ll do:

• Develop painting skills through hands-on experience.
• Work on entry-level painting tasks across a variety of projects.
• Assist painters with protection and preparation, including covering furniture, protecting surfaces, taping, sanding, filling, and prepping areas for painting.
• Take part in painting, learning on the job directly from the team while developing your own skills.
• Play a key role in ensuring every project is ready for the painters, contributing to the overall smooth running and premium finish of each job.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a professional, high-end environment. While no painting experience is required, having some knowledge would be a bonus.
