Licensed Paralegal – Property Management & LTB Specialist

Location: Windsor, Ontario (Head Office)

We’re hiring a Licensed Paralegal to join our growing team in a unique dual-role that combines Property Management and Landlord & Tenant Board (LTB) work.

This is not your typical paralegal job — you'll manage real rental portfolios, work directly with landlords, and handle all legal matters under the Residential Tenancies Act. No experience needed — we’ll provide full training. All we ask is that you’re licensed and in good standing with the LSO.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Paralegal in Ontario (LSO in good standing)
• Passion for helping landlords and growing a legal/property business
• Willing to learn both property management and legal processes

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
