Paralegal

Overview
We are a growing law firm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with case preparation, legal documentation, and client communication while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Pay is competitive and depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case management
• Conduct basic legal research as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with court rules and procedures
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors professionally
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and deadlines

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred - Will train the right person
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred - Will train the right person
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $42,044.77 - $60,268.96 per year
