Paralegal

Job Description

• Preparing briefs, contracts, affidavits, legal correspondence and other documents pertaining to legal matters.
• Meeting and coordinating with the company lawyers and other professionals to talk about case details.
• Applying, organizing and maintaining legal documents (i.e. SEC, business permits, etc.).
• Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases and determine causes of action.
• Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, codes, documents and other data.

Qualifications

• Should have a college degree in legal management, political science or any related course. Preferably a graduate of Law.
• Should have 2 to 5 years of related work experience as a Paralegal in a reputable firm.
• Should be well-versed in legal administrative matters and proceedings.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates may also apply for paralegal assistant position.
