Paralegal Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Paralegal Officer to support our legal team in a variety of administrative, research, and case management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legal procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of legal operations and compliance processes within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Paralegal certification or diploma is a strong advantage.
  • years of experience in a paralegal or legal officer role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
