Paralegal Officer

We are seeking a Paralegal Officer to join our team, with a strong focus on managing delinquent loan cases and supporting legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and monitor cases at barangay proceedings, small claims court, and other appropriate venues.
• Draft and process demand letters, settlement agreements, and collection-related documents.
• Coordinate with barangay officials, courts, and external counsels for case handling.
• Conduct legal research and recommend remedies for loan recovery.
• Provide support and validation for contracts and agreements (employment, affiliate, NDA, etc.) as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BSP, SEC, and AMLC regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, or related course (law student/graduate an advantage).
• At least 1–2 years paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably in lending/financial services.
• Knowledge of barangay conciliation and small claims court processes.
• Strong research, drafting, and case management skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive cases.
