Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal Assistant to join our law office. The ideal candidate will support attorneys and team members with various tasks. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and providing excellent service to our clients.

Duties

• Greeting clients and maintaining a clean, welcoming office space
• Answering phones, filtering calls, and handling new business inquiries
• Coordinating our monthly in-office team lunches
• Ordering office supplies and preparing closing gifts for clients
• Opening new files with basic data entry and reviewing purchase & sale agreements to prepare and set-up files for a successful smooth closing
• Sending out representation letters and client Q&As for e-signature
• Assisting attorney personally with onboarding and processing new files
• Assisting attorney with marketing and our online image on website / social media and assisting attorney with our charity initiatives and organizations we support

Skills

• Strong research abilities to review and gather pertinent information from various sources.
• Organized and able to multi-task during busy working environment.
• Enjoy working and interacting with people
• Previous experience as a real estate paralegal or in real estate business is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
