Part-Time Bartender / Junior Sommelier

We have an excellent opportunity to be part of Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden, a high-end restaurant on St Stephen’s Green, Dublin.

We are looking for passionate, highly motivated individuals striving to provide outstanding service whilst creating a memorable fine dining experience for our customers.

The successful candidate should possess a warm and genuine nature and have the desire to enhance every guest experience.

The ideal candidate will be working within the role from at least 1 years in a high end operation..

The ideal candidate shall advise guests according to their personal needs or taste, the food and wine pairing or finally the occasion.

We are seeking a very passionate person, who is also open to sharing knowledge with other members of the team.

The candidate must work under the health and safety regulation and must be of WSET qualified at least Level 2.
