Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Type: In Office, Part Time, Permanent (evenings and weekends are required)

Pay: From $18/hr

What You Will Do:

· Issue registrations, plates, and driver’s licenses to clients

· Answer high volumes of client calls in a call centre setting

· Advise on and sell auto insurance products

· Cultivate relationships with SGI and other carriers

· Process client payments by cash, debit, credit, or personal cheque on client accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality

What You Bring:

· 1–2 years of customer service experience

· Restricted Auto License and MLI experience is an asset

· Eagerness to learn and grow

· Exceptional communication, conflict-management, and interpersonal skills
