Part-Time Night Receptionist

Hotel Night Receptionist is required at Bonnington Dublin Hotel.

Reception

We are currently recruiting for the position of Receptionist . The person will maintain consistent standards of service excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organizational values.

The main duties of this role include:

· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.

· Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.

· Assist guests regarding Broomfield House facilities in an informative and helpful way.

· Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.

· Follow all safety policies.

· To greet all guests in a warm, friendly manner

· To check in and out guests efficiently and quickly

· Answer telephone in a friendly, professional manner, transferring calls to correct extensions and dealing with requests

· To take reservations and deal with inquiries

· To ensure billing is correctly done to the agreed standards

· To adhere to all company policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, etc

· Effective communication with other employees to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly

· To perform to operation standards on the reception desk.

· Available for Shift work and weekends.

· Ensure that all guest request & queries are dealt with in a polite attentive manner.

· Update all guest information on the system

Core Skill Requirements:

· You will be computer proficient with experience in data entry

· You will be highly customer focused and sales minded

· You will have worked with reservations systems and auxiliary reservation sites.

· You will have worked in a high-volume environment and will be able to demonstrate good time management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
