Location: Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2
Hours: 10–16 hours per week (with scope to increase)
Pay: €20 per hour (employee role)

The Role

We are hiring a part-time coach to deliver high-quality semi-private training sessions within an established coaching system.

This role is primarily focused on session delivery and member experience, working with a consistent weekly schedule.

You will:

  • Coach semi-private group training sessions
  • Deliver sessions using a structured training system
  • Build rapport and relationships with members
  • Maintain a calm, professional training environment
  • Attend internal training and development sessions

All programming, systems, and session structure are provided.

Experience & Requirements

  • 1+ year in-person coaching experience preferred
  • Relevant qualification (Level 7 or above)
  • Comfortable coaching mixed-ability groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for early mornings and/or evenings

Development & Progression

This is a long-term role with room to grow.

As consistency, trust, and delivery are demonstrated, opportunities may include:

  • Increased weekly hours
  • Greater responsibility within the studio
  • Progression toward a Senior Coach role
