Part-Time-Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt)

BridgeCare ABA is hiring passionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians across Colorado to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in-home and in community settings
• Deliver data-driven care following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Monitor client progress through electronic data collection (training provided)
• Participate in supervision, clinical team meetings, and case reviews
• Promote skill-building and positive behavior for children and adolescents

What You Bring:

• Current RBT certification (or eligible to complete training)
• 6+ months as an ABA Therapist or 1 year supporting children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check
