Position: Permanent Part-Time Sales Associate
Salary: $12.50/hour

ECCO Shoes is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Permanent Part-Time Sales Associates. If you’re passionate about footwear and love creating meaningful retail experiences, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions
• Understand and assess customer needs using effective questioning and listening techniques
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and strong selling skills
• Recommend the right ECCO shoes tailored to customers’ preferences and needs
• Advise customers on the proper care and maintenance of ECCO products
• Handle sales transactions smoothly and close sales to customers' satisfaction
• Assist with customer feedback, returns, and after-sales service
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards at all times
• Set up attractive product displays and assist with promotional events or booths
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory
• Handle stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Sociable, confident, and result-oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in both Concept Stores and Departmental Store environments
• Able to commit at least 4 days per week, including 1 weekend

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $12.50 per hour
