Pastry Chef

Pastry Chef:

• Salary: From $3,200, depending on experience

Details:

• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 11am to 11pm (2 hours break)
• Cuisine: Italian/Western

Locations:

• Downtown MRT
• Shenton Way MRT
• Marina Bay MRT

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• To assist in food preparation and maintenance of kitchen cleanliness
• Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry
• Experience in Italian dessert or pastry is an added advantage
• Must have an interest or passion in pastries
• Food-oriented and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of food and ingredients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
