Position Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts
- Location: 638 N 13th St, San Jose, CA 95112
- Team Structure: Work independently with the support of one assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a dough sheeter with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, hand pies, and cakes.
- Follow established recipes and ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Oversee production timelines to ensure all items are ready as scheduled.
- Train and supervise the assistant baker as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting.
- Proficiency with dough sheeters and other bakery equipment.
- Strong hand-pie and bread-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Availability to work night shifts and meet production demands.
