Our team is built on discipline, high standards, and a deep respect for the craft of pastry. We’re currently seeking a skilled Pastry Chef with strong lamination experience to join our growing team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday to Sunday
• Start Times: 6:00 AM weekdays, 5:30 AM weekends
• Location: 467 Edgeley Boulevard, Concord, ON
• Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Role
As part of a 10-person pastry team, you’ll contribute to the full production process — from scaling and mixing dough to lamination, proofing, baking, garnishing, and executing mise en place. Our focus is on croissants and other laminated viennoiserie, and we provide a structured yet creative space for you to work and evolve your craft.

• Must have hands-on experience with lamination (particularly croissants)
• Strong foundational skills in creams, custards, and garnishing
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Passion for organization, precision, and high standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
