Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our Child Healthcare Centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly greeting patients and families, answering phones with courtesy and professionalism, booking and triaging appointments, preparing examination rooms for doctors, and ensuring they remain organized, clean, and well-stocked. Additional responsibilities include handling administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, filing, and managing patient records, ordering vaccines and office supplies, and performing minimal housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming clinical environment. This role requires candidates to be strong in communication skills, highly professional, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high standard of service in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office environment and familiarity with electronic medical records systems are considered assets. The position is offered for day hours , typically 9:00 AM. to 6:00 p.m., or longer depending on the physician’s schedule, with a guaranteed minimum of two days off each week, including one weekday and one weekend day.
