We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and tech-savvy individual to join our dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is resourceful, and is keen to grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Manage appointments, patient enquiries, and front-desk coordination
- Support billing and administrative processes accurately
- Use practice management software effectively (training provided)
- Work closely with clinicians and team members to support smooth operations
- Contribute to patient satisfaction and overall practice growth
About You:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Experience in dentistry or dental insurance is an advantage (not essential)
