Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll and HR Generalist to manage end-to-end payroll processing while providing comprehensive HR support. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate employee compensation, compliance with labor regulations, and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Process payroll accurately and on time (bi-monthly)
- Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies
- Prepare payroll reports and respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors, if applicable
Human Resources
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records
- Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews, and job postings
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance tracking
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
- Initiates and facilitates employee training programs - mandatory and skill-based.
- Assist in handling minor employee concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll and HR functions
- Knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work at home and travel to sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
