Payroll Manager (120k) Pioneer Team - Bgc

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, end-to-end payroll processing for [bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly] payrolls for [U.S. and/or international] employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and systems in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities with HR, Finance, and external vendors (e.g., benefits providers, tax agencies).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Prepare and review payroll reports and reconciliations; support financial audits and reporting.
• Lead or participate in payroll system implementations, upgrades, or transitions.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws, labor laws, and other regulations affecting payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of end-to-end payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state or multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax withholdings, and compliance standards.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday, UKG, Paychex).
• Working knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting.
• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
