Role Expectations

o Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery and legislative compliance to local labor laws and statutory requirements.

o Ensure that systems and processes correctly compute and record time, earnings, employee benefits, special deductions, mandated benefits, taxes, garnishments, and other items that affect net pay and/or company liability

o Ensure queries are attended and clarified from the HR mailbox and closing HR tickets within stipulated timeline.

Ensure all payroll related data are handled in accordance to the company’s guideline for confidential data handing process

o Confirm general ledger accuracy and mapping for all pay elements. o Assist with internal and external Payroll audits

o Assist with acquisitions by working with Human Resources and Business leads to facilitate change/integration

o Participate in payroll projects or change requests to improve the current processes and communication and payroll process flow.

o Strong customer-focus, results orientation, attention to detail o Utilize relevant reporting tools to maximize efficiency of processes, accuracy of data and to develop

Responsibilities

o Apply process knowledge to eliminate manual processes and reduce overall processing time. o Produce analytics to improve overall efficiency.

o Process end to end payroll for each client as per SLA o Partner with the client HR Operations teams & other internal customers to ensure effective processes and issue resolution

o Adhere and ensure adherence to defined service level agreements and statutory requirements, ensuring accurate payment every month.

o Complete quality checks for accuracy by establishing accuracy standards expected

o Review performance and instil a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service o Ensure appropriate workload allocation, & sharing of knowledge

o Seek feedback from customers and respond to any compliments, concerns, complaints

o Work with the HR and Payroll Service Delivery Manager on opportunities to develop the service offer and identify/pursue additional opportunities to expand the service

Competencies

o Thorough and updated knowledge on local labor laws and statutory requirements of International Payroll in Sout Asia and South East Asia

o Influencing Skills - Good working relationship with payroll clients and stakeholders

o Verbal and written communication skills

o Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word o Strong analytical, organization and planning skills

o Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple projects to timely completion o Project management

o Creating reporting Metrics o Interpersonal Skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

• Payroll: 10 years (Preferred)
