We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Payroll Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Give expert advice on Human Resources Systems and ensure that resolutions are accurately and timely answered
  • Analyze, investigate and research various cases with respect to their Human Resources function
  • Coordinates with Human Resources Executives to further validate gathered facts to ensure accurate response
  • Acts as main point of contact for Human Resources inquiries, issues, disputes, requests requiring investigation and resolution
  • Receives inquiries from MyHR Helpdesk, requiring investigation and resolution
  • Interprets Human Resources related policies in accordance with established internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Preferably a graduate of any Bachelor of Science or related Human Resources course
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience in Payroll and Human Resources related experience
  • Experience in Payroll in banking/BPO and shared services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Process at least 1,000 employees.
  • Solid knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements related to salaries, taxes, government benefits and other payroll related matter
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and act accordingly.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
