We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. This position requires a blend of clinical and administrative skills, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service in a comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will be patient and understanding to children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Skills

• Proficiency in dentistry practices and procedures.
• Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
• Familiarity with infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
