THBS company has unique wellness and relaxation facilities all over the country that provide a variety of sauna experiences. We are well-known for our outdoor saunas and plunge pools which allow our customers to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy in a tranquil setting, overlooking lakes, rivers or mountains.

Well then continue reading about us , we have been told by our clients that many of them visit the THBS to unwind, de-stress, have fun and enjoy the health benefits of sauna bathing, which can include improved circulation, relaxation, and muscle recovery (ie. for those brave people for example that decide to run marathons etc ).
Role Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of our establishment ensuring the highest level service standards.
- Manage and supervising staff, including training and performance evaluation.
- Responsible for developing a successful team dynamic, holding direct reports accountable.
- Support the recruitment process, on boarding and supervising new hires.
- Manage and investigate complaints internally .
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Administer team operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop strategies to optimise client satisfaction and improve the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as customer care, HR to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement policies, procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle feedbacks given and resolving complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Required skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality management.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our customers.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a diverse team and ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
