Duration: Preferably able to commit for a minimum of 7 months, full-time from Jan - July 2026, with the opportunity to convert to part-time while studying.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the APAC Head of People, dotted line reporting to our APAC Marketing Manager, you will be a key team player working closely with the HR and Marketing team to drive best-in-class people & marketing activities within the region providing a People-first employee experience.
Here's what you can expect:
Marketing & Communications
- Coordinate company events , partner conferences, and webinars to ensure a smooth and timely execution to drive the pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Identify and develop suitable case studies for publishing both internally and externally, to highlight our expertise and success.
- Curate engaging team stories and activities for our social media feed to expand our social media presence and following.
- Develop, review, and edit communications in line with brand voice across various social and digital platforms (e.g. web, social media, whitepapers, and awards).
- Design marketing collateral and digital assets , ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
- Support the timely upload and management of leads in our CRM platform to aid business development.
Employer Branding & People Experience
- Work on high impact projects with a special focus on engagement, talent development and employer branding.
(a) Support campus & recruitment initiatives (campus outreach, consulting clubs, intern/graduate recruitment and our internal LEAP)
(b) Plan and execute our social calendar of events and team bonding activities, liaising with our People Team (e.g. Lunch & Learn, Impact Month, Sustainability Month, Wellness Month)
(c) Create/curate learning content from existing learning platform/internal resources in line with our learning strategy and initiatives
- Flex your creativity as you contribute fresh and engaging visual content on People initiatives and communications.
(a) Support our employer branding strategy by crafting engaging content for internal and external audiences across social media platforms, internal events, and visual storytelling.
(b) Manage internal communications channels to ensure people are informed about company developments, policies and events
(c) Managing and updating our digital signage platform with engaging business and people-related content that requires collaborating with the HR and marketing team to ensure timely and relevant information
- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging c ommunications to support Global HR initiatives , policies, and people-related activities via internal channels to ensure timely, consistent updates on company news, policies, and people initiatives
- Actively contribute to our core People Committees (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Mental Health & Well-being) to shape a values-driven, inclusive culture
Requirements:
Currently a student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a similar field is preferred. But if you’ve gained these skills through other experiences, we want to hear from you, no matter your major!

- Design Skills – Bonus points if you know Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, but Canva is the bare minimum!
- Strong Communicator ✍️ – Your English skills (both spoken and written) are sharp, with a knack for clear and effective communication.
