We’re now looking for a People & Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (around 30%). Ideal for someone in the final year of their HR studies or early in their career looking to grow and gain hands-on experience in both office and people operations.

Location: Uppsala, Sweden


What you'll do:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes: post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage contacts with recruitment partners.
  • Keep our office running smoothly — from making sure there is coffee and fruit to handling accesses and managing contacts with maintenance partners.
  • Be the go-to contact for what the team needs help with (packages, orders etc)
  • Plan and organize team events.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Available to work part-time.
  • Can be on site at our office in Uppsala.
  • A self-driven problem solver who is curious and resourceful.

Nice to have:

  • Some experience within recruitment or HR.
  • Familiarity with startup culture or fast-paced environments.
