Fitz Scientific – Our mission is to be a world class monitoring and testing team, that meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. We are growing and developing our business and now wish to appoint a Personal Assistant /Administrator Role.
You will be a highly organised and detailed oriented individual who will provide administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment.
Main Tasks include:
- Diary and schedule management: Organise meetings, appointments, and managing the calendar.
- Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and acting as a point of contact. Complete various reports and administrative requirements, including the preparation of monthly reports and communication items to customers.
- Document preparation: Creating reports, presentations, writing procedures and other documents.
- Meeting support: Taking minutes, preparing agendas, etc.
- Administrative support: Maintaining filing and database systems and managing office procedures.
- Project assistance: Conducting research and assisting with various projects.
- Liaison: Serving as a liaison between clients, teams or other team members. Assist with event planning.
- Travel arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and preparing itineraries.
- Stocks: Managing, ordering and tracking of stock items as required for the team.
- Procedures: Be familiar with writing procedures.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Business Degree with 3 - 4 years professional administrative experience in a fast paced working environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Highly organised, with good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Full training will be given
Hours of work for this position are: Mon – Friday 8. 30am – 5.00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
