Estia Health Grovedale is located in Geelong’s south and is proud to be part of the local Grovedale community. Our home provides a warm, supportive environment where residents, families and team members build strong relationships and work together to deliver high-quality care. Every individual in our homes has a story. As a dedicated Carer, you’ll get to know each resident as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in residential aged care preferred
• Strong personal care skills supporting daily living activities
• Understanding of safe manual handling and infection control
• Compassionate, reliable team player with strong communication skills
