Estia Health Leopold is located in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula, offering a warm, community-focused home where relationships truly matter. As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering genuine, person-centred care that makes a meaningful difference every day. • Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience as a Personal Care Worker ideally within a residential aged care facility
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
