We are a fast-paced and growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping injury victims receive the support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
• Monitor treatment status
• Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation
• Prepare settlement demand packages
• Ensure deadlines are tracked and met throughout the case lifecycle
• Support attorneys with case updates and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Personal Injury case management
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and treatment timelines
• Familiarity with case management software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desired, but not required.
