Personal Injury Lawyer

Verkhovets Law is an established law firm specializing in Plaintiff personal injury litigation. We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in personal injury to handle accident benefits and tort matters independently.

The successful candidate must possess strong legal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (required)
• Member of the LSO in good standing (required)

Experience: 2+ years in personal injury

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting intake meetings
• Keeping client appraised of the progress of their matters
• Drafting pleadings, motions, mediations briefs, etc.
• Corresponding with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Attending courts and tribunals
• Settling files

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
