Pet Grooming Salon Manager

We're Hiring: Salon Manager – Grooming Tails Pet Salon (Fredericton, NB)

Are you a passionate leader with a love for pets and a knack for team building? Grooming Tails Pet Salon is seeking a dedicated Salon Manager to lead our talented grooming team and continue delivering exceptional service to our furry clients and their humans.

Location: Fredericton, NB

Pay: $25/hour

Hours : Full Time 5 days, 40hrs/wk

Benefits: Health benefits included(after 6 months)

Start Date: Within 3 weeks

About the Role:

As our Salon Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, support and mentor groomers, maintain high standards of care and cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients. You’ll be stepping into a well-established salon with a loyal customer base and a team that values professionalism, creativity, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination
• Ensure top-tier grooming standards and customer satisfaction
• Handle inventory and supply orders
• Support team development and training
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive salon environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in pet grooming or salon management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for animals and customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
