Appointment Setter (Outbound Calls – Leads Provided)

At KIS Consulting, we’re changing the way homeowners experience exterior restoration. Our team helps connect homeowners to 100% free solutions for stucco and exterior issues — no payments, no pressure, just genuine help.

We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team and help set up appointments for our door-to-door field reps. You’ll be the first point of contact, using provided leads to make outbound calls, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided leads
• Educate homeowners on their potential stucco issues
• Set and confirm appointments for our field representatives

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident phone presence.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven — you enjoy hitting daily and weekly targets.
• Reliable, consistent, and ready to learn our proven process.
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
